Land

• There is 238ha of land for sale and about 200ha for rent.

Livestock

• At the moment 230 dairy cows and 240 young animals are kept in the farm.
• The milking unit was built in 2006 for 206 cows, contains a 16-place Delaval milking parlor, 8t milk cooler. Delpro software and Smartbow monitoring systems are used to monitor the animals. The barn for 153 young animals was built in 2019. Smartbow monitoring system is used to monitor heifers.

Buildings

• Barn for pregnant animals was renovated in 2007, there are 100 places for animals, plus 100m2 calving area. Calf barn was renovated in 2007 and 2022, contains 24 individual stalls and a 40-seat wean pen. Barn for weaned calves can accommodate approx 100 calves.
• Grain dryer is a portion dryer that can hold 18 tons of grain, in addition 6 x 30 tons of grain hoppers. Grain warehouse is about 1000m2.
• Warehouse 1 150m2, warehouse 2 approx 800m2, warehouse 3 approx 500m2. The capacity of silos is approx 4500m3.

Manure/fuel storage

• The capacity of manure storage is approx 9500m3.
• There is a fuel tank with a capacity of 5 tons on the farm territory
